Hopefully a couple of tips, which will hopefully help you with your pictures.
1. Go to your Advanced Menu inworld, and turn on High Res snapshots.
2. Play with anti alias. It helps minimise those pixellated edges.
3. Keep an eye on your ratio when cropping pictures. If you stretch them wider, they will look out of proportion.
